Announcement: Bridge Widgets Improves Chat Feature

We are pleased to announce that, as of today, the chat feature on our Bridge Widgets program will now be more aesthetically robust. A pop-up image displaying the next associate in the rotation, instead of the universal chat icon we’ve been using, will appear on the client home page. This image will be more predominant without being overbearing and more consistent with industry leaders in the chat arena. If an associate does not have a picture of themselves in the profile it will display a default shadow person.

Some interesting notes about our contributions to the industry; we never intended to build a CRM but did it out of industry need. We never intended to build a widget program and begin the job of coding the back end of the chat but we saw a need for piano dealers’ sites to have something more efficient in capturing lead information so we did. We never intended to get into detailed sales support and build a Piano Sales Academy but the industry needed it so we did. Our dedication to innovations in support of more and better piano sales is unmatched and we will continue to build the back end of the chat widget with more features to make it rival the industry leaders and eventually match them along with being at a significantly lower price point.

We want to end by thanking our loyal clients once more with their ongoing business which allows us the resources to continue innovating on their behalf.

*If you are a Chat Widget participant, please make sure that your picture is in your PianoLeads CRM profile. If it is not, the default profile photo will display.
**To upload a picture to your PianoLeads profile: sign in to your piano leads account and then click “Welcome” in the top right corner then click “My Profile”. You can then click anywhere on the image box to upload a photo.
