Consider The Perfect Digital Marketing Trifecta for 2023!

Before I reveal the most successful three elements in a digital marketing portfolio (based upon real performance in the marketplace the last several years), allow me to tell you a “greatest hits” version of how they came to be.  

In 2013, Tammy and I at Direct Success Marketing began employing a bright young twenty-something-year-old digital marketing specialist, right out of college, named Joey, who added a whole new revenue stream to our direct mail events. Creating a partnership with Joey Bouza allowed us to bring technology to events that the industry had never experienced before. It proved to be a home run in the sense that our clients called after the events were finished asking, “I know the event is over but can we still get leads?” This supply and demand question led to the development of LeadFlow, our day to day lead generation sales funnel. This sales funnel has harvested over 1.3 million piano interest leads in our 40 plus markets since its inception. Now, going on eight years since LeadFlow hit the market, we have landed on three elements that have been reliable in bringing our clients more digital opportunities than their competition enjoys. Our clients have been our constant source of innovation ideas and beta testing grounds. Without them, we would not be able to provide the successful marketing trifecta seen below.

The first element is the “Used Method” application. It often takes some creative selling and some educating to get prospects who came in, in response to the “used” word (which incidentally is the most popular search word on the planet) to consider new pianos. The good news is that it happens successfully all the time. Sometimes there is a psychological barrier that sales people suffer when they think that leads that get the “fish on the hook” using the “used” word are not good “new” piano sales possibilities. Nothing could be further from the truth. Millions upon millions of dollars of new pianos have been sold to prospects who originally responded to a “used” method online.

The second method is the New Neighbors method which integrates small mailings to the new homeowners at the top of the market and an online search, so that our clients can capture as many new homeowner leads as possible. As a result they make friends with that segment, one the industry has always known was a highly active one, more efficiently than their competitors. There have been new homeowner programs in the past but none with the one-two punch of this one, and the landing page conversions which average above 10% of those solicited nationally.

The third and most recent application addition to our portfolios, that rounds out the trifecta, is our Bridge Widgets program. Bridge Widgets

Is our latest and most efficient ever iteration of an application that turns a willing percentage of our clients website visitors into workable leads. It uses a “clearance” button on the bottom of the site, promising a unique short list to peruse; plus, if needed, a chat feature that allows prospects to engage with a sales staff in real time through texting. Bridge Widgets has given the piano business the lowest CPL (cost per lead) in its history to date.

We have a commitment to quality service and sales support that is unsurpassed in the piano industry and intend to maintain that high standard therefore we only have room for 5 more piano dealer clients to add to the Prospects International LeadFlow roster in 2023. We have other initiatives in progress so this is the amount of new clients we can successfully take on and promise the same level of innovation, responsiveness and sales support our longtime clients have come to expect.    

We understand that there are other lead generation options; the DIY (do it yourself) option, the hiring a local agency and spending too much time teaching them the piano business option, the pretend digital leads aren’t that important and try to live off of the dwindled floor traffic option, all valid from a savings standpoint, but not performance and ROI standpoint. We do this 24/7, live and breathe it, are hands-down the industry lead gen leaders, and have brought more technical marketing innovations to the piano industry then any other entity to date… and we don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon.
