The screen shot provided here shows that a PI client can add a person that is not using the CRM into the cc mode and even if they use a different CRM for their day to day activities they can receive email notifications of all the leads they need to be in the know about.Â

Since additional cc’d emails can now be added to lead notification emails. it means that it is no longer required to be a registered CRM user to be cc’d on lead notifications. Feel free to contact us with questions.
